Bio |
I work with adolescents and adults dealing with PTSD, grief/loss, divorce, adjustment issues, anxiety/panic, addictions and harmful habits, anger management, chronic pain, phobias, sleep problems, and low self-esteem.
My MFT internship included a 2-year commitment at SCCC–with the year-long family therapy training, and working at a middle school and high school, co-facilitating curriculum-based social and emotional life skills classes for 6th-9th grade. My EMDR training is with EMDRIA, and I took the Part-3 refresher with SCCC. Prior to grad school, I completed the 13-course Drug and Alcohol Studies and Counseling program at UCLA Extension and worked as a para-professional counselor for 2 years.
I see individuals and families in my private practice in West Hollywood on Monday afternoon and evening, Thursday morning, and Sunday morning. I am located on Melrose Avenue, a few blocks west of Crescent Heights.
