Lynda has helped support and facilitate her clients’ emotional growth, gain deeper insights, make healthy choices and live healthier & happier lives.  Her clients range from couples to individuals to facilitating growing healthy families.

She is a cancer “thriver” and is an advocate for patients  and their families as they navigate the emotional field from diagnosis to recovery.  Trained at OUR HOUSE Lynda also provides grief support.  She is a parenting specialist and enjoys working with first time parents helping them parent from the “inside out” and working with parents who are needing additional support and tools.  Lynda focus on “midlife awakening,” supporting women who are reevaluating their lives, reflecting upon their past achievements and their future choices in order to enter the new paradigm of the “graying population of America.”
