Bio

I am a psychotherapist with offices in West LA and Woodland Hills. My practice consists and teens and adults. I help people heal from relational trauma in a safe, nurturing and caring environment. In addition to a supportive environment, I offer tools, education and practical steps to reduce anxiety.  I use attachment theory, mindfulness and body-centered approaches to help clients develop a healthier relationship to their thoughts, emotions and body.
