Psychotherapy is a process of growth, healing and change. One of my core beliefs is that people do the best that they can given the context of their lives and the supports available to them. My clients and I work together to understand the world in which they live, their beliefs, behaviors and desires. My personal and professional experience is that, over a period of time, these explorations lead to changed perspectives, more choices and greater comfort in one’s own skin.
