An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
WHO: A drop-in mindfulness group open to anyone and everyone.
WHEN: Once a week on Sundays from 1:00pm-2:30pm. This is an ongoing, drop-in group, and you may attend any time.
WHERE: The Southern California Counseling Center- Pico location (5615 W Pico Blvd, 90019)
