Best Practice Parenting Starts Today

A 10-week class focused on mindful awareness techniques, child development, and exploration of the effects of social and cultural influences and power dynamics. The class helps parents identify their own strengths and values and find tools to address the challenges of raising kids today. Registration paperwork is available at the front desk.
