This group is designed for those who have a desire to maneuver in a stressful, frustrating and at times unfair world without resorting to violence.  A program designed to support the “preferred person” the participant hopes to be through non-violence and self-assertion.   Mandated and self-referred participants welcome. Cost: $20 intake fee;  $15 mandated clients; self-referred fee is set on a sliding scale.

A safe space to share, reflect, and explore personal experiences and concerns, to learn coping strategies, and receive emotional support around different issued women face at different stages in life.  Topics include: changes in relationships, career/education transitions, changes in family roles, financial status changes, cultural changes, changes in health and aging.  Call 323.937.1345 x 3255 to schedule an intake prior to attending your first group. Cost:  $15 each session;  $125 for a ten week session if paid in advance.  Reduced fees available. 

A drop-in mindfulness group open to anyone and everyone.  You may attend as many group meetings as you wish. Cost:  donation.

This drop-in group is open to any current client and those on the wait list in need of developing tools and expanding your knowledge of how to cope with your current life stressors.

This group provides a space for teens to experience non-judgmental counseling.  Conversations are about life challenges that impact all teens and in particular those issues that impact LGBTQI youth uniquely; preferred gender pronouns honored.  A supportive team of counselors are there for support and to facilitate conversation; pizza and snacks provided. This group offers support and fellowship to anyone looking to heal from betrayal.  Participant exercises include boundary setting, stages of healing, self-esteem, forgiveness and more. Open to all genders.
