An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
WHO: A drop-in mindfulness group open to anyone and everyone.
WHEN: Once a week on Sundays at 1:00pm–2:30pm, online due to the Covid-19 closure. This is an ongoing, drop-in group, and you may attend any time.
COST: Free (donations welcome)
